Pat has spent most of her career in the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, at Adcock Ingram Laboratories and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), as well as, short-term contracts at 3M and Novartis. 

She has gained extensive technical knowledge through her roles in Quality Assurance and project management.  She has also completed a CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) qualification.  Her roles at GSK included Quality Compliance Manager and various project functions (both locally and internationally) focused on software implementations and business process changes. 

Her contract positions at 3M and Novartis have included projects related to changes in source of supply, validation and business process changes.

Pat is one of the founder shareholders at PZC HealthCare Resources.
