Zuki has a broad experience in the regulatory and technical aspects of the  Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry. Her exposure involves hospital pharmacy, manufacturing, packaging, quality assurance, distribution and regulatory (both South Africa and Sub Sahara) and is backed by various related management courses. She has worked for local and multinational companies ie. Adcock Ingram, Akromed, Boots Healthcare, Astra Zeneca and 3M. Some of the positions held were deputising for the Managing Director (responsible), Responsible pharmacist for the Distribution warehouse and Tutor for a Pharmacist Assistant who completed both basic and advance level. She has personally visited and established relationships with the regulatory authorities in Ghana, Nigeria and Kenya.

Zuki completed her BSc at the University of Fort Hare, her BPharm at the University of Limpopo. She has also completed a Production Management Diploma, Quality Auditor Certificate and Leadership Orientation Programme.
